Shaina leads and supports our Financial Service Associates, helping to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and that the team has everything they need to support our clients effectively. She oversees workflows, deadlines, records, and processes, with a strong focus on keeping things organised, accurate, and efficient.
Although relatively new to the financial advice industry, Shaina brings six years of professional experience and a real enthusiasm for learning.
She is particularly proud to have joined TSP Wealth in a leadership role while transitioning into a new industry, and sees this as an opportunity to continue developing while helping the wider team succeed.
Outside of work, Shaina loves cooking, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, and trying different cuisines. She also enjoys crime and investigation films and series, as well as hiking, jogging, and long walks. She is a coffee drinker, a cat person and, by her own admission, can sing — sometimes!
